Step 1: Pre-Service Camera Inspection

Before any water is introduced, our technician performs a Plumbing Inspection using a high-resolution camera. This critical step confirms the exact location and nature of the blockage (e.g., grease, roots, foreign objects) and, more importantly, verifies the structural integrity of the pipe. Hydro-jetting is only performed on pipes that are structurally sound to prevent damage.

Step 2: System Preparation and Safety Protocol

We access the drain line via a cleanout point and set up the hydro-jetting equipment. All necessary safety measures are put in place, including securing the access point and managing water flow, to ensure a controlled and safe operation.

Step 3: High-Pressure Water Jetting

The specialized nozzle is carefully inserted into the pipe. The technician then activates the high-pressure water stream, which is directed in a 360-degree pattern. This powerful force breaks down and flushes all debris, scale, and buildup out of the pipe and into the sewer system, effectively restoring the pipe to a like-new condition.

Step 4: Post-Service Camera Verification and Report
