I am very satisfied with Jazz. Today, a technician named Q came to inspect our AC and air conditioning system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Jazz is on the ball!! Next day service and on time, their technician Said Godinez was ready to jump right in and assess the situation…. He was knowledgeable and articulate and made our problem easy to understand with assurance that he could and would effect the repair with parts he had in the truck.  The whole process was fast and easy, and our air conditioner was up and running in less than an hour.
