    I  was looking to add cooling to my existing whole house HVAC.
    Contacted through Yelp and quickly scheduled an in home estimate. The estimator was not pushy and provided 2 options with price discount.
    On installation day 3 people came to install. The job went from 10am to 4pm followed by testing of the cooling and heating system. People were friendly and communicative and noise level was acceptable.

    Our 30 plus year old gas heater was making an ominous clicking sound and Jazz was able to come out and evaluate it right away. Ravi and the installers were very knowledgeable, professional and communicative. They were able to fit us into their schedule immediately and install a new heater at a really competitive price. After it was installed, the exhaust was making a really loud noise and bothering the neighbors (the heater used to share an exhaust pipe with the water heater but apparently that's no longer allowed by code and it has to be routed out the side of the house). They were great at understanding our concerns and came back quickly to reroute it to a different spot at no charge.

    The technician, Justin, was excellent!
    I just needed him to install a couple Nest thermostats I bought.
    I have a duplex so I have two different furnaces.
    He installed the first one without any problems but the other furnace was too old and outdated.
    Unfortunately, he had already installed the second one before discovering the problem.
    He uninstalled it and put the old thermostat up and decided to charge me only for the first one.
    Most places would charge for both regardless if it was compatible.
    Anyway, that's called good customer service!
